Introductions:

Well hello again! I already introduced myself slightly in the home page but I'll re-introduce myself a bit more formally here :). My name is Kevin Chen and I graduated from the University of Michigan in Winter 2023. I studied Computer Science as my major and Writing as my minor and I'm excited to see you here on my site!

My Motivation:

Initially, I created this website because I wanted to help a student org that I was a part of. The student org is called Asian InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (AIV in short) and I've been a student leader for the past two years in an "executive" type of position. I love this community and saw the potential of how having an internal documentation could positively impact future leadership teams. And so, I took the step forward to create one!

Relevance to other student org leaders:

Ultimately, through my experience attempting to create my own student org's documents, I hope that I can share some of the work I did and guide other student orgs in improving (or even starting) their own documentation guides!

This site is pretty casual and I'll be providing my advice on how I would approach the documents (from the intro pages, timeline, how to, and encouragements), but of course, please customize each document to your liking.
